All applicants may request space or booth(s) only on a 3m (width) x 3m (depth) unit basis. The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to determine the number and location of booth(s) for each exhibitor. Space allocation priorities are based on: a.  Number of booth(s) required. b.  Years of Participation. c.  Date of application on a first-come, first-served basis. After space allocation, each exhibitor will receive an official Exhibitor's Manual that contains show regulations, detailed information and procedures concerning electricity, rental of facilities, the travel agent and official forwarding agents for handling shipments. If the number of booths required exceeds booths available, the organizers reserve the right to reduce the number and/or size of booths, or to change the exhibition venue and show dates, or to cancel the show without any liability or responsibility for compensation or indemnification to the exhibitor. The organizer will not act as a sponsor for exhibitor entry visa applications, and cannot be held liable in case of visa difficulties. Minors under 18 are not permitted to the showground.   BOOTH RENTALS (including 5% VAT) US$2080 per booth (3m x 3m) Dates Rates Before December 31, 2007 US$1680 Before January 30, 2007 US$1840 Rental is for raw space and 500 watts (110 V) electricity power supply only. Facilities and decorations are not included. Booth facilities are available for rent from the official contractor or preferred contractor.  Order form will be enclosed in the Exhibitor’s Manual that will be sent after space allocation.   PAYMENT SCHEDULE The bank receipt copy for down payment of US$500 per booth together with space application form, two copies each of exhibit catalogue and company profile should be sent to the organizer (TAITRA). After space allocation, TAITRA will notify applicants of their assigned booth number(s) as well as the balance due. All payment should be made by telegraphic transfer payable to “Taiwan External Trade Development Council”, account number “085-007000016” at the “Bank of Taiwan – Taipei World Trade Center Branch” (the swift code is BKTWTWTP085), with the name of the show “2008 Taiwan RFID” clearly stated in the “Remarks” area.  All banking charges, if any, are to be borne by the applicant. In case of cancellation, down payment or booth rental already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.   VISITOR PROMOTION Run an extensive advertisement campaign on professional magazine overseas. Making Taiwan RFID show highly prompted at other RFID show overseas. AD Flags will be located at major roads toward Taiwan RFID Show. Bilingual (Chinese and English) presswork include DM, posters, application kit, exhibitor manual and invitation. Holding international seminar and inviting key person in RFID field to Taiwan RFID show E-letter will be sent to promote our show as well as buyers-invitation, this is to spread out information of our show. Gear up our branch office around the world, sending our promotion folder to buyers overseas. www.rfidtaiwan.com.tw provides updated trade show information. Buyers can use this website to search exhibitor information before the show. Potential buyers on a select list will receive show brochures, show previews and invitations to the show by mail. The organizer will publish an official directory, in which exhibitors are entitled to enter descriptions of products and their company details free of charge. The organizer will publish the Show Preview two months before the show opens and circulate it to potential buyers.  This publication contains comprehensive information on the event, which includes fact sheets, exhibitors’ list, and new products highlights. The organizer will publish the Show Daily during the five-day event.
