* The above listed rates exclude 5% VAT.
* Applications for meeting rooms are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Each meeting room comes equipped with basic seating as listed. An added fee will be charged for any additional requirement.
* Food, beverage, and audio-visual equipment cannot be brought into the meeting rooms.
* Those using premises exceeding 1 hour overtime will be charged a full 4-hour rental.
* Move-in and move-out within the rental time period gets 40% off the listed rates.
* Meeting rooms must be restored to their original condition after use. The operators may ask for compensation for damages to equipment caused by the occupants.
